I have lived California since the age of 7. I was born in eastern Washington State.

I have an AS degree in Early childhood education and have enjoyed working with young children for 26 years. I became a student teacher many years ago at Gateway Preschool and never left, until it became Coastal community preschool. I am one of the founding teacher-directors of this preschool and it has been a life changing, stimulating and moving experience. It is an honor to work with so many incredible people. It is exciting to watch children, as well as their families develop.

As the director, I stay connected to the childcare community by attending meetings and workshops.

I live in Felton with my husband, Ray, of 29 years and our 23 year old son, Tony.
In my free time I enjoy walking, swimming, gardening, RVing, reading, getting together with friends and GIANTS baseball.
